Quality Review
Our team will review your submission and provided photos within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our return eligibility criteria.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original shipping containers and attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the exterior.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned inventory at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
